Hello, Autumn!

And then the season changed <3

One of my favourite times of year here in the Northern hemisphere, when the outward energy and excitement of Summer slips into the cooler months of Autumn. As the evenings draw in, the urge to create cosy cosy spaces indoors, prepare seasonal soups and reach for the warm layers naturally sets in.
This also feels like a time to turn inward spiritually - to rest and recoup after the outward energy of previous months and gently recalibrate by focusing on what feels most important now. Just as the leaves are beginning to change and fall, we too can align with the season by letting go of what no longer serves and making space for what we wish to nurture in the coming months.
Here are a few questions you might like to reflect on during this time. Feel free to meditate, reflect or journal on them. <3
1. What am I ready to release with the falling leaves?
Reflect on the habits, thought patterns, or commitments that no longer serve you as you transition from summer’s outward energy into autumn’s quieter rhythm.
2. How can I nurture rest and replenishment right now?
Explore what your body, mind, and spirit are asking for as the days shorten - rituals, boundaries, or practices that allow you to slow down and recharge.
3. What seeds of intention do I want to quietly plant for the months ahead?
Consider the visions you’re carrying into winter’s deep stillness, knowing they can germinate beneath the surface and blossom in spring.

These sorts of reflections are definitely what I've been pondering as we transition into the new season, I hope these help you as the season deepens.
