What is it

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a beautifully gentle yet profound treatment, which engages with the deepest inherent healing forces within the body in order to enable integration of the whole body-mind.

The human body has a powerful inherent healing potential, but this potential can be compromised or depleted by injury, disease, trauma and stress.

CST engages with these forces in order to enhance the body’s natural healing ability and to restore health and integration of body, mind and spirit.

How it helps

CST is beneficial for people of any age and conditions helping to heal everything from birth patterns, injury, illness, severe trauma, and the many stresses and strains of life.

The therapy is particularly helpful for helping to settle the nervous system which in turn can help rebalance other systems within the body helping with many issues from depression anxiety, stress, to acid reflux and coelic (in babies) and other digestive issues etc.

Sessions can also help release and clear emotions and 'memories' stored in tissues from past injuries or trauma. Often a therapist will get a sense of these memories and are able to relay what they are feeling when tuning in to your system.
