Claire offers a nurturing, intuitive style of yoga that honours the body and nervous system. Her sessions blend gentle, energy-aligning vinyasa flows and deeply restorative Yin postures to create a complete practice of inner connection, emotional release, and energetic recalibration.

Every class is rooted in the breath, guided by presence, and designed to meet you where you are.

This is not a fitness-based practice - it’s yoga as medicine, as ritual, as coming home to yourself.

What to expect
Healing yoga sessions can combine:
​
> Gentle Flow / Energy Alignment
​
Slow, mindful movements to awaken energy, clear stagnation, and gently open the body, Chakra-focused sequences, breath-led transitions and grounding and centering themes.

> Yin Yoga
​
Long-held, supported postures to soothe the nervous system and soften tension, encouraging deep rest and emotional release and a space to feel and listen. Great for anxiety, overwhelm, or transition phases.

> Healing Touch
Gentle, intuitive touch based on Reiki or craniosacral techniques. Offered during or after postures to support energy flow and deep regulation to help invite softness, trust, and subtle release. Touch is always optional and guided by consent

> Kirtan & Sound
​
Sessions may include live harmonium, mantra chanting, or sound healing; through crystal bowls, drumming or chimes - either to open or close the session, or as a dedicated practice on its own.

Healing yoga setting
Each session is held in a calming space with gentle music and essential oils (lavender, sandalwood, or seasonal scents) with the optional use of oracle cards, crystals and other seasonal decoration and a gentle ritual to open and close.
