May or may not have been born into challenging environment, haven’t always had an environment conducive to your sensitivity, often felt misunderstood and alone, overwhelmed may or may not have experienced burnout, had to leave a job, made major life changes not out of choice.
You may also be sensing information, feeling you are not alone, being watched, hearing voices, connecting to past relatives, feeling energy of other people and spaces which make you feel uncomfortable abs you don’t know why.

Why work with me
Through choosing to work with me you will be working with a qualified Holistic Life Coach & NLP Practitioner with a wealth of psychology, personal development and 'shelf-help' knowledge and practice over the past two decades and has completed many hours of and continues to attend their own coaching, healing and therapy sessions.
I also have experience holding space 1-1 for others as a massage therapist, bodyworker, yoga practitioner and energy healer with over a decade training through various different schools, books and teachings.
I have built up a wide range of spiritual and holistic knowledge and experience through: yoga philosophy, astrology, mysticism, buddhism, kabbalah, christianity, hinduism, celticism, bhakti yoga, kirtan, tai chi, herbalism, essential oils, crystals, art therapy, mindful movement, breathwork, plant medicines, shamanic tools & techniques and experience journeying and working with multi-dimensional realms and guides outside of space and time and across non-ordinary reality.

Since 2018 my practice has focused more on the energy management side with a passion for where both coaching and spirituality meet. learning more about personal development from an energetic perspective, tied with ancient wisdom and shamanic practices combining healing and grounding being present in life and truly living. I work closely with nature and the ancestors, elemental energies of the planet and also that of the angelic realms. I seek to serve the planet and others to empower them through their own healing journeys to be of the greatest service to the healing of the planet at this time.
