Join us on Thursday evenings for a Healing Sister Circle - a weekly event to support you on your healing journey.

​

Each week is centered around a different theme depending on where people are on their journey and what they are currently working through. 

​

The structure for each Circle always includes:

 

• A warm welcome and grounding practice

• A healing meditation

• Topic and practice

• Group share and check-in

• intention setting and close

​

This is an opportunity for you to feel a sense of community, be nurtured and receive support.

​

Groups will be kept small to allow for plenty of time for individual shares and group practices.
